Quality, compliance & data security

Security and compliance
you can verify, not assume.

Every Telebridge program is built around Canadian regulatory requirements, certified training and segregated data handling — the standards premium service brands expect of anyone representing them. And we invite you to verify it rather than take our word for it.

The audit trail

Every interaction passes five checkpoints.

Not a policy document — the actual path a single customer conversation takes through our controls, every time.

Consent verifiedBefore contact, the record is screened against DNCL and consent status is confirmed and logged.
Approved scriptThe rep works from partner-approved language, having been certified on the product first.
Interaction recordedThe conversation and its outcome are documented in a segregated CRM environment.
QA reviewedStructured monitoring samples the interaction against a scored quality framework.
Escalation readyAny concern enters a documented pathway with same-day partner notification.
The framework

Six pillars of brand protection.

Each is a working process with an owner, not a policy in a folder. Documentation for all six is available on request.

01

Sales training & brand standards

Every rep is certified on partner-specific product knowledge, scripts and brand voice before going live — never after.

  • Product certification
  • Approved scripts
  • Brand conduct standards
  • Sign-off before first contact
02

Quality assurance review

Structured call monitoring, CRM documentation review and interaction audits — run continuously, not after something breaks.

  • Structured monitoring
  • Documentation review
  • Scored interaction audits
  • Coaching & re-certification
03

CASL compliance

Consent workflows, unsubscribe handling and record-keeping built into the campaign, not checked afterwards.

  • Express & implied consent tracking
  • Unsubscribe honoured and logged
  • Consent records retained
  • Sender identification
04

CRTC & DNCL

Outbound practices that respect the National Do Not Call List and CRTC unsolicited-telecommunications rules.

  • DNCL screening before dialling
  • Permitted calling hours
  • Caller identification
  • Internal do-not-call list
05

PIPEDA & data handling

Privacy alignment, segregation between partner programs, and defined destruction at the end of an engagement.

  • Purpose-limited collection
  • Segregation between programs
  • Role-based access control
  • End-of-engagement destruction
06

Complaint escalation

Defined pathways for any concern, with same-day partner notification. You hear it from us, not from your customer.

  • Documented pathway
  • Same-day notification
  • Root-cause review
  • Corrective action to closure
Data security architecture

Four layers between your data and anyone else's.

Separation enforced by permission rather than by instruction. Reps working on one program cannot see another program's records — not because they are told not to, because they cannot.

01
Access

Role-based permissions decide what any individual can see. Separation is technical, not procedural.

02
Environment

Each partner program runs in its own segregated CRM instance with no cross-visibility.

03
Record

Every interaction is documented, timestamped and attributable to a named, certified operator.

04
Retention

Data is held only as long as the engagement requires, then destroyed to a defined protocol.

Optional non-compete arrangements are available for sensitive territories as part of the agreement.

Quality assurance in practice

Monitored continuously, not occasionally.

Reviewers sample live and recorded interactions against a scored framework, check the CRM record that came out of it, and feed findings straight back into coaching. The point is not catching people out — it is that standards drift silently unless something is actively holding them.

  • Structured monitoring against a scored rubric
  • CRM documentation checked against the conversation
  • Findings routed into coaching and re-certification
  • Partner-visible reporting on what was reviewed

Independent verification

We welcome the audit.

Trust is easier to give when it can be verified. Partner-led audits, ride-alongs with field teams and quarterly compliance reviews are standing terms in our agreements, written in from day one.

Common questions

We align our processes to Canadian regulatory requirements — CASL, CRTC unsolicited-telecommunications rules, the DNCL and PIPEDA. We do not claim a certification we do not hold. What we offer instead is verification: audit our files, review our recordings, and check the work yourself.

It is escalated through a documented pathway, you are notified the same day, and a root-cause review follows with corrective action tracked to closure. People make mistakes; what matters is whether the process catches them and whether you hear about it from us first.

Yes. Partner-led audits and ride-alongs are a standing part of our agreements, and we are comfortable with them being unannounced. A team that only performs well when it knows it is being watched is not a team you want representing you.

Each program runs in a segregated CRM environment with role-based access control, so separation is enforced by permission rather than by instruction. Reps on one program cannot see another program's records.

It is destroyed according to a defined protocol, and we confirm completion in writing. The terms are set out in the agreement before work begins rather than negotiated at the end.
